We collect, use, process, and store your personal data such as your name, date of birth, marital status, sex, address, email address, cell phone number, contact number, government issued ID, and policy number, (1) to verify your identity, (2) to evaluate and assess the application for pre-need and other pre-need related services, (3) for the delivery of the policy and other materials, (4) in assessing your interest in our products and services, (5) for customer research or satisfaction surveys; (6) for direct marketing; (7) for customer profiling; and (8) in compliance with applicable laws.

IV. How we protect the personal data

We maintain appropriate technical safeguards to ensure the security of your personal information or any information we collect through the website. Accordingly, we reserve the right to restrict or cancel access to the website without providing notice, especially if there is a reason to believe that your data may be at risk.

  • Email. We will never ask you to update your information through email or through a web link provided by e-mail. We will not send you an email requesting confidential information. Additionally, you may unintentionally transmit the virus to other computers.


V. Third-party websites

Our system does not store any credit card data. Payments are coursed through PayMaya CheckOut, an online payment gateway that provides Credit/Debit Card payment platform, and DragonPay, a payment gateway that provides unbanked consumers a convenient option to transact which allows merchants, retailers, and organizations through a secure digital platform.
